When it comes to weddings, there’s nothing quite like watching your creative vision come to life, and let me tell you, the magic truly happens when you have a talented wedding vendor team by your side. Recently, I had the absolute honor of working with some of the most creative and skilled wedding vendors in Northern California to bring a styled wedding shoot to life at The Firehouse Restaurant, a popular (and stunning) venue for weddings. This shoot was all about showcasing the versatility of the space while serving up some serious old-money vibe! Think vintage elegance, timeless charm, and just a hint of extravagance.
From the moment I shared my ideas with Haley Nyal Events, everything started to click. Haley (an actual fairy godmother in disguise) took my vision and ran with it, creating something even better than I could have imagined. And with an incredible team of wedding vendors by our side, every detail of this styled shoot came together in ways that still make me melt!

Why This Styled Shoot Was So Special
Before we get into allllllllll the vendor magic, let’s talk about the inspiration behind this shoot. The Firehouse Restaurant is already a beloved wedding venue, known for its classic charm and consistent setup. But I wanted to push the boundaries and show couples just how versatile and unique that this space can be!
We played with different areas of the venue, creating an intimate ceremony space in a cozy, unexpected spot and transforming the reception area into a scene straight out of a vintage romance novel. It was all about showcasing the versatility of The Firehouse Restaurant, whether you’re planning a wedding, bridal shower, birthday celebration, or even a baby shower, this space can truly do it all. From the lush florals to the vintage-inspired cake, every detail of this shoot was dripping with elegance and sophistication. And the live music by The Sun Followers? Chef’s kiss.
The Power of a Talented Vendor Team
Your vendor team can make or break your wedding day. A talented team doesn’t just deliver pretty flowers or delicious cake, they create an experience. They collaborate, problem-solve, and bring their unique expertise to the table, all while working seamlessly together to bring your vision to life. A great vendor team isn’t just about individual talent, it’s about how well they work together. From Strelitzia Flower Company’s stunning arrangements to Two Rivers Events’ perfect rentals, every piece fit together like a puzzle.
I can’t explain how much effort and passion each of these amazing vendors poured into this shoot. Molly Baked It created a cake SO gorgeous I almost didn’t want to cut it. Bridal Hair by Whitney and Marissa Euan Makeup made sure our model looked like she walked straight out of a vintage Vogue cover. And don’t even get me started on the gorgeous gowns and accessories from Ellis Blake Bridal or the sharp tux from Tuxedo Den, absolute perfection. The addition of a vintage car from Sentimental Journey Vintage was the cherry on top. It added that extra layer of old-money sophistication and looked amazing in photos.
